Semantik (“the Application”) is a demonstration and proof-of-concept only. It is provided “as-is” for internal testing, evaluation, and demonstration purposes. The Application is not licensed for production deployment, public release, or real-world biometric authentication of any kind.
The face and hand scan features in this Application are simulated demonstrations. They do not constitute real biometric identification, verification, or authentication. The Application must not be used for security, access control, identity verification, or any purpose requiring actual biometric accuracy.
The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. Use of the Application is entirely at your own risk.
In no event shall the developers or maintainers of this Application be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or any incidental or consequential damages.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper consent from any individuals whose images are captured during demo sessions. Face scan images should only be captured from consenting participants who understand this is a demonstration system.
The Application is intended for internal use only. Redistribution, public hosting, or commercial use of this Application or any part thereof is not permitted without explicit authorization.
